Safety.

Some of the goods sold on this site in particular the weapons are potentially very dangerous if used incorrectly. Tsunami Warrior recommend that you only use the goods sold on this site under supervision of an experienced instructor.

We cannot accept any liability for damage to property, or injury through use of equipment purchased from Tsunami Warrior..

Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Delivery and Dispatch Policy.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability.. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you either alternative products or the option of cancelling the order.

U.K. Deliveries are made by standard Royal Mail Parcel Service, taking between 3-5 working days. UK Deliveries are usually completed within a maximum of 5 working days, however please allow up to 28 working days.

International Deliveries are made by British Parcel Force, currently taking between 7 - 14 working days, however, please allow up to 28 days. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for the goods once they have left the UK and that deliveries are then in the hands of the countries delivery service agents. Please note that the customer is liable for any Import duties payable upon goods reaching destination country.

We endeavour to dispatch goods as soon as possible, but cannot be liable for delays in deliveries to ourselves from manufacturers, courier delivery times, acts of war, terrorism or natural disaster or seasonal occurrences (i.e. Christmas/Easter) or delivery delays to you our customer, due to circumstances which may be beyond our control, e.g. Industrial Strike, Severe weather conditions, International delivery services, acts of war, terrorism, natural disaster or seasonal occurrences.

Should you not be available to take delivery of your parcel, a card will be left in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery time or to collect from your nearest Parcel collection point.

Specification of goods : Whilst every effort is made to maintain correct pictures and descriptions of good offered, we cannot be held responsible for changes or amendments made by individual manufacturers, which may be made at any time and without notice in the pursuance of improved design/quality. Images are provided for illustration of colour/general appearance only, for a description of the items offered please refer to the actual description area within the shopping area of the website.

Delivery Costs: Delivery cost are calculated by Actual Weight, which means that you only pay the minimum amount for the goods you have ordered.

2. Exchanges and refunds - Requesting a returns form.

We always try to ensure that our goods are in good condition, but occasionally faulty goods can be sent out. If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, contact our sales department: sales@tsunamiwarrior.co.uk and we will post you out a returns form together with postal instructions.

If the goods are faulty or we have made an error with your order, then we will gladly refund the cost of posting the goods back to us as long as they are delivered within 14 days, however if you wish to return goods to us for any other reason, then you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Tsunami Warrior can take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered. If you are unsure of your size, please check our sizing guide prior to ordering.

We cannot accept returned goods after 14 days.

Items returned without a returns form will be affected in terms of time taken to make a refund as we will have to trace the original order/problem.

Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed, and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please DO NOT attach sticky tape to boxes - this tears the packaging upon removal damaging them. Items that are returned without the original/in damaged packaging will be subject to a £5.00GBP charge for repackaging.

International customers - please email us for instructions in event of exchange of products being required. As we are only able to accept Cheque payment in Sterling alternative arrangements for credit/debit card payment will be made. Return carriage will be charged at the prevailing British Parcel Force/Post Office rate for the weight of goods concerned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are pleased to confirm that our policies conform to the UK distance selling regulations 2000.

3. Quality of Goods

100% Cotton products do have a shrinkage element. In the event of NORMAL ANTICIPATED SHRINKAGE or Abuse/Misuse these items WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Please ensure that these items are laundered in strict accordance with the Manufacturers instructions.

4. Cancellation of orders:

If for any reason you cancel your order prior to dispatch then payment for the order will be refunded in full. Please be advised that we are charged 5% of your total order value for both processing your payment AND again for refunding card payments and we therefore reserve the right to charge 10% of the order value to cover costs charged by our bankers for refunding credit/debit card transactions. Once your order has been dispatched, you are no longer able to cancel it, but can return it to us in an unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email us for a returns form in this event.

5. Damages/shortages

Please ensure that when you receive your delivery, If the parcel is obviously damaged, write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note. Claims cannot be made if this is not adhered to.

If when checking your goods against your delivery note you have a shortage, please inform us of the shortage by either Email or Mail within 3 working days of receipt of goods. If items ordered are to follow, this will show on your delivery note and does not require reporting. If you find a damaged item, please inform us of the damage by Email or Mail within 3 working days of receipt of goods. 'To Follow' items are delivered free of carriage charges as soon as they become available.

If goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery to you, but prior to title passing, the purchaser will indemnify Tsunami Warrior against any loss incurred provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from our negligence.

9. Guarantees.

Goods are guaranteed to be of merchantable quality/Fit for purpose and any guarantees that may be offered by Manufacturers will be applied.

10. Declined Orders

The contract between us is deemed to be complete upon dispatch of goods. Goods are displayed as an We reserve the right to decline orders for a variety of reasons, which may include:

1. We are unable to gain authorisation for your credit/debit card

2. We are unable to reconcile the address given against the cardholder address

3. We are unable to confirm the order as the email address given is invalid.

4. An error has been made by us in the display of pricing of goods on our web site.

This list is not exhaustive, and should we decline an order we will refund the original card details and where possible send a refund notification to the email address given on the order.

11. Security

We undertake the following measures to ensure a high level of information security for our customers whilst using the Tsunami Warrior Online service.

Credit Card and Personal Information
Any credit card or personally identifying information divulged to Tsunami Warrior via our website will be stored on secure servers and not released to any other party without your explicit written authorisation.
Pages on our website that request payment information are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security, which encrypts any data transmitted – please see below.

Once you enter a credit/debit card number, the data is transmitted through our SSL and the information is seen and used ONLY by the Payment Service Provider (Pay Pal) and the clearing bank. Tsunami Warrior never see or display the card number, even if the page is recalled after you have submitted it. This also covers the use of the 'Back' button on your browser.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protection
The purchase area of our site is secure. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event that someone else intercepts it.

In order for us to provide the best possible level of service, we need to gather certain information. When you purchase via the internet, we will ask you for some general information, including:

We protect the privacy of this information using highly secure, password-protected servers. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used to support your customer relationship with Tsunami Warrior. We do not have access to credit card numbers for orders place using our Secure On-Line payment system.

As part of our customer service offering we provide a regular email newsletter service. You can subscribe to or opt-out of this service at any time. If you wish to be removed, simply reply to one of our newsletters with 'remove' in the subject line.
