Sizing Guide

Ordering

To purchase goods, select your chosen size and colour and click the 'Add to Basket' button, this will place your chosen item into a virtual shopping basket. When you have selected all the goods you wish to purchase click on the 'Checkout' button on your 'Shopping Basket' page.

You will then go through a series of 4 pages, each collecting information about your goods and your delivery address. Finally you will be passed across to Pay Pal where your details will automatically be entered into their order form.

If you already have a Pay Pal account, just simply login, but if not you will be prompted to set an account up with them. Once you have done this, you can then pay safely and securely through Pay Pal's secure server with your credit card.

You will receive confirmation of your order vie email.

Security & Privacy

When you buy from our site, you will need to set up an account. We retain the details of your account for the purpose of making your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable. With your permission, we may contact you vie email if we have any special offers, deals or any exciting news.

During the purchasing process, your details will be sent to Pay Pal. Both Tsunami Warrior and Pay Pal treat customer privacy very seriously. Your details will never be sold or revealed to any third party company.

Pay Pal ensure that online ordering is perfectly safe and secure, using the most up to date secure servers and encryption.

Payment

As an Internet based business we can only accept credit and debit cards via our online secure payment system. We cannot accept credit cards over the phone and we cannot accept cheques.

All transactions are dealt with via Pay Pal who have a 100% Secure credit card system. We can accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Master card and American Express, but regretfully we cannot accept Switch.

Pay Pal are a third party company and you will need to set up an account with them. As a new customer, Pay Pal will credit your account with the equivalent of $5 USD in British Pounds £. Once you have a Pay Pal account you will be able to buy from Tsunami Warrior again without having to enter all your details. Your Pay Pal account will also allow you to send and receive money from all other companies that use their services.

Stock

We carry a large range of stock so in most cases we can dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving an order, however in some cases there may be a delay. In these cases, we will contact you to give you the option of canceling your order.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail Standard Parcel service to deliver our goods. Delivery will be within 3 working days from the goods being dispatched. You will be notified when your goods have been dispatched and you can track your orders progress by logging in to your account.

Returns

We always try to ensure that our goods are in good condition, but occasionally faulty goods can be sent out. If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, contact our sales department: sales@tsunamiwarrior.co.uk and we will post you out a returns form together with postal instructions.
